My responsibilities included comprehensive planning and budgeting, effectively managing staff, creating detailed schedules, and coordinating food and decor to ensure a seamless execution. Civil Air Patrol, Florida Wing | December 27, 2019 - January 4, 2020
As the team leader, I successfully managed a diverse team of ten individuals, overseeing their schedules and ensuring optimal coverage of the week’s activities. Using my experience in Davinci Resolve, I edited and produced compelling video content from the material gathered, including the final end-of-week video showcased at the banquet on the last day and a promotional video shared online. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in managing the creation and delivery of internal and external communications, such as news articles and web content. My leadership allowed for seamless collaboration and productivity among team members, achieving our goals effectively and efficiently.
